The first pattern in the Dreamscape Shawls Collection is Harvest Dreams – a bias-knit, colour-block wrap luxuriating in moss stitch and cables in DK weight. Inspired by the subtle thrill of the textures of prairie fields. Wearing it is like wrapping yourself in an elegant hug, and knitting it lets you explore 4 of your favourite colours while blending cables and textures.
The cable directions are both written and charted and are on separate pages to allow for flexibility when printing.
Yarn: You’ll need 4 colours of DK weight yarn. I used 4 colours of Western Sky Knits Merino 17 DK (100% merino); 270 yd. / 247 m per skein. This yarn combines softness with bounce, and works so well with texture and cables. Kits available here.
