Gnumpkin And Gnettle

CLUE 1

All files except Gnumpkin 1 English have been issued with Version 2. Please download new versions. Specifically, Gnettle's instructions to cut the yarn were duplicated and therefore showed up too early. And Gnumpkin in German does not need a 2m circle of cardboard, but a 2cm circle.

Gnettle does not use all 3 colours today. Sorry to be misleading!

CLUE 2

My stitch count is off 3 at the end of Round 8

It’s important to be clear that the RLI is only knitting the lifted leg. Knitting the st on the left needle is not part of the increase.

Can I sub M1R for RLI?
Yes, they’re good alternates for each other.

Things start slightly differently for Gnumpkin and Gnettle today.

If you are making Gnumpkin, two notes about the Pinhole Cast-On.
1) There’s a new Easy Pinhole Cast-On video because when I was following my own video I was frustrated that it wouldn’t tighten. The entire point is to tighten! So I’ve refilmed - the key is to make the slipknot correctly so the end tightens it, not the working yarn.

2) If you don’t want to use that cast-on, don’t. You’ll have a little bit more sewing up to do when dealing with the end, that’s all.
