To Gnome Them is to Love Them

First, this Saturday Nov, 13: members of the Sea and Sand Knitting Guild get to see this – and as their meetings remain virtual for now and membership is open to people outside their geographic area, this is an option for all.

Her talk “To Gnome Them is To Love Them” will touch on her love of knitting and the unusual path she took to find it. She’ll discuss her theories about why knitting resonated with her and what that also probably means for other knitters. Then the focus will shift to the personalities and details of her gnome designs. From acorn collectors to hiking guides, these little creatures lead interesting lives! Some have proven harder to bring to life, and Sarah will show a few of her ‘unfortunate prototypes’ as part of the parade of gnomes.
